Toy Shogun Commissioned Artwork

I am Aelour. As my title suggests, I'm your average starving artist, barely making ends meet. There's not much worth note-taking about me, and I'd probably be too shy to even talk about anything about me at all, but here's my artworks and process timelapse.

Commission Process

1. Communicate

Let's say Aelour manages to lure you in. At the top of the home page & this page (the commission page), there are buttons through which you could email or use Linktree to reach Aelour's social media accounts to request a commission.Tip: If you're already from any of Aelour's social media accounts, reaching out from there is more convenient than to look at every platforms!

2. Details

After the initial steps and Aelour has responded, you could start to give information & details regarding the commission, what type of package, how many characters, whether it includes the background, and so on.Tip: Aelour could almost do anything, from any character race, genre, and style, as long as there are references. So never hold back about every minute detail!

3. Confirmation

Before proceeding to the actual agreement and confirmation for the commission, Aelour would provide the initial sketch until the client gives the approval.Tip: Any changes, adjustments, and requests before the confirmation are not counted in the five (5) free minor revisions, so pour your soul out until you're satisfied.

4. Payment

As soon as the initial sketch is approved, the client should pay either the full (100%) or half (50%) of the commission fee before Aelour proceeds towards the commission.Tip: If you're not sure about Aelour's credibility as an artist, you can always pay half (50%) first to ensure not only the artist's security but also yours as the client.

5. Receive

After Aelour has finished the artwork, the client is required to pay the remaining balance if they chose the half (50%) down payment option.Subsequently, when everything is settled, Aelour could either email or provide a Google Drive or WeTransfer link, depending on what the client prefers, and claim the commissioned piece.Tip: You may still ask for revisions in which the five (5) free minor revisions are still applicable if not used up during the process, and if none are left, consequently, you'd have to pay an additional fee per revision.
